Ratings and reviews

I have changed my review, again. The app is now asking to allow Google Play Services 🤔 to access your SMS and other parts of your device or it won't work. WHY WOULD WE NEED GPS TO NOW FUNCTION? Furthermore, the app is not allowing sign-in. You will get the code but can't enter bcoz it will jump back to sign-in. After multiple tries, it then says the app is having technical issues. An app is useless if it's difficult to access. I have to use the website to access my account. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

The app, much like the website, is not functional. Every time I login, I have to email support to have them reset on their end so that I can access my account. It's totally insane. They need to permanently address this issue. It's been almost 2 years of complaining. I am going to transfer to a new high interest account.

Easy to get started on saving in a high yield savings account starting at $1 deposit, or choose a money market account or a high yield CD. All sounds good, but rather elementary functionality. Once you open an account, even if you empty that account to open a new account for a higher interest rate, you collect empty accounts. Even worse, you can only link one external account to make deposits/investments, and it is impossible to update your external account information if you need to.
