Wonderful idea, horrible app... I am constantly having issues while using the app with things like menus not loading correctly, crashes, errors, and broken app links. The limited functionality that I do have is wonderful but, it's very limited. It's essentially what the TFCU app was... Specific and constant issues are card management and trying to arrange travel plans, this function worked once for me, and hasn't worked since the app roll out. I'll be considering another bank.

This new update/app is bad. I know the update is supposed to be new and have some problems in the beginning, but I am pissed because compared to other banks that also have updates, I don't have problems like the ones I experienced. It became slower than usual, and now I struggle to log in. It also forgot all my login information and password,and I doesnt let you see past activity from this year. Also, it made me change my password, which I had change recently š”

New app works great just like the other one once the small bugs were worked out. Today I scanned a check into my checking account. I got an email confirming the deposit, but I must say one small thing. I loved having the "Pending" status notification within the app. I don't mind the emails, but the old app had the "Pending" status and I sincerely miss it. I know y'all will make it right. Running Android 12 on a Motorola.
