This new update/app is bad. I know the update is supposed to be new and have some problems in the beginning, but I am pissed because compared to other banks that also have updates, I don't have problems like the ones I experienced. It became slower than usual, and now I struggle to log in. It also forgot all my login information and password,and I doesnt let you see past activity from this year. Also, it made me change my password, which I had change recently 😡

New app works great just like the other one once the small bugs were worked out. Today I scanned a check into my checking account. I got an email confirming the deposit, but I must say one small thing. I loved having the "Pending" status notification within the app. I don't mind the emails, but the old app had the "Pending" status and I sincerely miss it. I know y'all will make it right. Running Android 12 on a Motorola.

Less than one, Just spent over an hour trying to get into account with customer service help because I was locked after password change would not work. Finally got in to only find 2 of my accounts are not there. I was transferred to someone "who would be able to help me" only to be hung up on! I am so frustrated in this bank, I think I may be moving my money after my accounts are found... this change was a horrible decision on Raiz part. I have business accounts that I can't do business with.
