It has been 4 days. First, it begins with unresponsive chat bot and no link for email to be send. It takes me to write review here then customer support reach out to me. Confusing. One customer support mentioned transaction failed and they acknowledged and will reject the transaction immediately. Then one customer support says we managed to process the funds to the designated wallet address. Till today, i'm not sure where are my funds now. The bes part now is the three transactions are deducted.

thought I found the right place, I think I'm wrong. my ethereum is unable to be sent, swapped, or sold. I am able to purchase more and send it to an external wallet, but I want to send my holding in ramp wallet externally. good luck getting any help with support, the email link is malfunctioning, the phone line isn't answered and unable to leave voicemail. the chat is a bot that gives cookie cutter answers.

first time using the app, made a purchase and my account was locked. raised a ticket with support, recieved this response: Hello there, I'm Jack from Ramp Network Support. I'm here to help with any issues you're encountering. Unfortunately, the account has been permanently locked. Due to that, you will not be able to use our services. ​I’m not in a position to share any further details but please be aware that at any time, Ramp Network, subject to its sole discretion, is entitled to terminate
