RandONE is the essential companion app for the Rand Platform. Built for Drivers, RandONE allows you to:
Dynamically assign yourself to available assets.
Review your last 7-day Driver score.
Classify the purpose of your trips.
Complete Check-In actions or activate Help alerts to keep you safe.
Activate location tracking during your duty hours and disable it when you're off the clock, offering you complete control over your privacy.
The information shared by Drivers via RandONE is available to Fleet Managers in the Rand Platform, allowing you to:
Retrieve the complete driver history for your assets, providing clarity on who was driving at any time.
Report on driver performance to help improve driver safety and reduce operational costs.
Track the live location of your contract drivers when they are working for you without installing expensive hardware in their vehicles.
Review their trip history and report on how long contract drivers worked for you in a given period.
Review trip purpose classifications via Logbooks (FBT logbook available in Australia only).
Receive Check-In notifications from your Drivers so you know that they have arrived safely.
Receive Help alerts from your Drivers to proactively notify you when they need assistance.

they sold me a used GPS at a TA truckstop for $350. Its frozen. doesnt connect to my phones internet. IF ANYONE WANTS TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST RAND MCNALLY,ILL BE DOING IT SOON. the mount was already opened,out of the package when I opened the box. When you go to call for help on a Monday at 4pm EST Rand McNally offices were closed and it hangs up on you. The only online support is links to pages you read yourself. thats it. No A.i. customer service,no after hours human support.DONT BUY THIS

First time I tried to sign up for an account, it kept saying it failed. Couple of weeks later, I tried again. This time it acknowledged my account but I don't remember my password. Tapped on forgot password, it said I had to sign in??? Couple of weeks later (today) I tried again. Tapped forgot password. Now it says my account has been suspended. And it won't let me do anything! Update: I also messaged the app developer. Over a week later, no response at all. I'm deleting the app.

Love using Rand McNally. However this app is Garbage. Just bought TND 1050. This tablet doesn't appear on the list to be able to register product. Every time I do anything with my GPS, the registration keeps popping up. which NEVER remembers the phone number, it will remember all other info. Have not received 1 email pertaining to registration of product. I just want this registration page to disappear from my gps
