About this app
“Rappo is a personal training (PT) app used by both trainers and members. You can exchange class bookings, schedule notifications, class logs, 1:1 chat, pre-class condition checks, AI diet records, and class reviews all within a single app. Meanwhile, gym and PT shop owners can view re-registrations and trainer performance on the ‘Center Manager Web’ (www.rappomanager.info).”
Doesn’t this situation sound familiar?
• Class scheduling, KakaoTalk, Band, diet feedback… using multiple apps has become the norm. Members’ expectations keep rising!
• Stress from coordinating schedules with members every weekend
• Tired of dealing with members who book appointments but don't show up on the fly
• Class logs? We share them, but managing them is difficult because Excel spreadsheets, notes, and photos are all mixed up
Rappo, with its unique features, will solve the inconveniences trainers have likely experienced!
1. Everything about schedule management! Designed with scheduling tailored to each trainer! 2. Same-day changes and no-shows? No more! Rappo's exclusive chatbot system continuously manages class schedules for members!
3. Private chat feature dedicated solely to member management!
4. Boost member satisfaction with the AI meal camera!
5. Maximize member satisfaction with the class log feature!
6. Assess member condition before class! Provides a sense of being cared for and enables classes of appropriate difficulty!
**Members can use it conveniently too!
1. A chatbot system that reminds you of class schedules so you don't forget! (No-shows are drastically reduced)
2. Pre-class condition checks for classes tailored to your needs!
3. Systematic class logs! (Increased member satisfaction leads to higher re-enrollment rates!)
4. AI meal camera!
5. You can voice your preferences for specific classes through the class review and goal features!
