MyPetsWellness™ features unique technology which allows you to access your pet’s medical records, book real time appointments, get health certificates, and much more. You can even personalize MyPetsWellness™ with your own pet photos, all from your mobile device. You can see a map and directions to your veterinary office, or call, email and text them directly from your device. The MyPetsWellness™ app is connected to your pet’s records at your veterinary offices so it is always up to date. You can upload pictures, and send files using MyPetsWellness™ to inform your vet of your pet’s condition before your next visit.

Ratings and reviews

The app does not always provide the latest information that has been added to my pets' accounts. However, I've learned the trick is to sign out of the app and then sign back in using the "I don't have a code" option. The system will email you a code to the email address that is on file at the vet's office. Enter the code, verify the email address, and the updated info should appear in the app.

Was surprisingly smooth initially and had zero issue finding my account. I successfully scheduled an appointment for my cat right after as well. I even got a separate confirmation directly from my vet clinic, so I know it went through. BUT each time that I check on the app since the first use has been awful - it's unresponsive and does not update data. Every time I tap on something I get an error message. it's basically unusuable now.

Completely aggravating! When you enter the code THEY email you to log in for the first time, it tells you to confirm your email address which is hidden by asterisks except for the first letter. So you select from THEIR list what should be the proper email address and it tells you that is an incorrect email address! Then you get to go around with THEM emailing you a code by email all over again! No other option!
