Ratings and reviews

Doesn't seem to work. Keep getting error messages. Had my pet's vaccines updated at the animal hospital over a month ago and the app still says they are overdue. Can't even give feedback through the app due to error messages.

Worked great for one day now every button I press gives me an error message. Great concept, horrible execution. And the company only responds to the very limited good reviews. Does not acknowledge or offer help to the bad reviews for a fix.

I'm not thrilled with it at all. And the photo box to put your pets photo is stupid due to being landscape and not portrait. And its a looong skinny rectangle that you cant change, its great if you are uploading a photo of a snake/lizzard.
