Cancel Membership Nightmare - I tried to canel the membership in 2024, still having issues in 2025. The app shows you have to cancel through an email. I have sent 5 emails -- THIS YEAR, and it is still not cancelled. They also do not send out an email that states the membership auto renewal is coming up. Have yet to receive any kind of response from any of the emails. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. :( Besides that - the app worked ok for me (android).

I love this app, but lately I haven't been able to use it because it won't even open 😕 I paid for the annual membership and everything.......... Please help! (I'm on android) That being said, even before this issue, I found the app to be VERY slow at loading all the different hypnosis sessions. The sessions are incredible - well worth the money, but only when it works!

The majority of the premium sessions are exactly the same recording for most of the session. They each just have a few minutes at the end that is unique. It quickly becomes very repetitive to do sessions, and it's very obvious when they sorry unique part comes on because the recording and editing weren't even done very skillfully. If this was a cheap app, I'd be okay with this, but for the amount that it costs, I expect much, much more variation and quality.
