I am highly disappointed with raven, I get palpitations any time my money landed in the wallet. I have so many disappointment at shopping site because I could not withdraw instantly. This time around I have to seek compensation for all what you have put me through.

I'm having issues withdrawing from the app, most times when I need to make urgent transfer they'll be telling transfer fail or some other stories . what's happening with your app, and the customer care isn't even responding, It's a week now and the transfer issue hasn't been resolved, How do you guys expect customers to feel when you guys are not leaving up to our expectation, must it every time that we will be experiencing transfer issues?

I haven't been able to transact for days. it always shows "transaction failed". if all my money was in raven that's how I would've been stranded. smh. yall should do better. I'd probably stop using yall once I can get my money out. The annoying part is that they never notify you when they have a downtime. Do better!!!
