Please do something about your app, I was unable to reset my password since yesterday, this is not good at all, I use to get this error "unable to complete operation, try again later" since yesterday.....What's now the essence of using your bank since you can't solve common problem, I have my money to remove from your bank, I have a lot of people to pay, still you can't find something to do. This is really bad.

Very unreliable experience. I haven't been able to make transfers because every attempt ends with "Transaction failed, try again later." The app has become frustrating to use, especially when payments are urgent. Digital banking should be dependable, but this experience has been the opposite. I sincerely hope the team resolves these issues quickly and improves the app's stability.

this has to be one of the worst banking apps rn, you can't send your money when you really want to...... it'll show transfer failed or you're trying to much... if you're looking for a reliable bank pls run from raven they are never there when you need them the most, it's so frustrating and crazy, customer service is also trash nobody responds to you. I'm here dropping this rating bcs it's been really not good at all experience for me. I'm leaving this banking app soon.
