Customer service is a joke. Card is a scam with hidden fees for certain payment options. I used the text to pay feature and was still charged a late fee every month due to payment not going through in time. So between interest and fees I was actually going negative every month. The text even says, "Today is the day." When actually today is too late. I went paperless, and the app was not letting me see statements. Called customer service, they said they could not give them to me. AVOID THIS SCAM

They are slow to increase your card limit. I have 700+ credit score (when i opened this account it wasnt but i have built it to 700+, where its been for a good consistent 2 years), excellent payment history, decent card usage, keep my balance under or slightly above 30%, and in the 3-4 years I've had the card I've only received 1-2 limit increases

Mercury went from no annual fee to an annual fee this year and no option but to close the account and take the hit on credit score or pay the annual fee. My account was paid off earlier in the year. Have the card in case of emergencies only. When they change the terms after getting an account and having it for some time, they should offer an out that doesn't hit the holder one way or another as long as the card is paid off.
