Ratings and reviews

They are slow to increase your card limit. I have 700+ credit score (when i opened this account it wasnt but i have built it to 700+, where its been for a good consistent 2 years), excellent payment history, decent card usage, keep my balance under or slightly above 30%, and in the 3-4 years I've had the card I've only received 1-2 limit increases

Mercury raised my interest rate after I had been a loyal customer for years. I had zero late/missed payments. They arbitrarily raised my interest rate to 37% for new purchases and started charging me $100 per year to have their card! And if I didn't agree to the change they would reduce my available credit to zero which would tank my credit score. Don't get this card.

Wolf in sheep's clothing!! Was a customer for several years, and even though I never missed a payment and always on time, this year, they were going to raise my APR and add an annual fee!! Even though my credit score may fluctuate, my years of consistency should have offered some grace!! Closed my account because there is no customer loyalty!!!
