About this app

Raya ERP puts your warehouse floor receiving, barcode and serial scanning,
stock custody and approvals on the phone that is already in your operator's
hand.

This app requires an existing Raya ERP account. It is not a standalone product
and cannot be used without a subscription provided by your organization.

WAREHOUSE AND INVENTORY
• Receive goods against a purchase order with GRN capture on the spot
• Scan barcodes and serial numbers with the device camera
• Duplicate-barcode detection so the same serial is never booked twice
• Look up any serial and see its full movement history
• Issue stock into personal custody and return it, with a signed audit trail
• Transfer stock between warehouses, locations and custody holders

WORKS WHERE THE SIGNAL DOESN'T
Warehouses lose connectivity. Raya ERP queues scans locally and replays them
when the network returns, with idempotency keys so a retry never creates a
duplicate movement. Nothing is silently dropped.

APPROVALS AND VISIBILITY
• Action centre for pending approvals, with full request history
• Read-only overviews for sales, procurement, finance and accounts
• Notifications for items waiting on you

BUILT FOR MULTI-ENTITY BUSINESSES
Switch between business units without logging out. Every screen and every action
respects the same role-based permissions as the Raya web portal — permissions are
enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

SECURITY
• Credentials are never stored in plain text; session tokens are held in the
device keystore
• Every stock movement records the user, device, timestamp and audit history
• The camera is used only to decode barcodes on-device — no images are stored
or uploaded
