Great news app, I think it would be a lot better if we can change the news notifications to show only local news or national. I just got the app because I want to stay informed but it gives a lot of notifications of news in other states while I'm mainly concerned about what's local. maybe a simple improvement for the notifications would be to say where the headline is coming from so I don't have to open it to find out.

It's nice seeing the headlines on my notifications, and staying up to date on what's going on around me. However, I get so many notifications from this app. they give you the news from other states. Yesterday I got 18 notifications in 1 hour. Absolutely ridiculous! Ain't nobody got time for all that!

I've had this app for a few months now. I use it mainly to watch the local live newscasts. Aside from that, the ads are getting out of control. News stories nationwide just flood my notifications, which is annoying. I'm mostly interested in what's happening locally.
