I really hate how video ads automatically start playing at full volume when you click on a news story, and finding which of the multiple videos on the page is the one responsible for the audio is difficult and frustrating. Not great if you want to check the news app and you're someplace where you don't want to be making a bunch of noise.

I have had the app for a few years now. Was enjoying it with no problems. Since the last update where they changed everything up I can't read a full article without the screen turning white in the middle of reading it and won't come back to article. This has happened several times since the update. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and doesn't help. So at this point I am just going to have to discontinue using this app. I'm uninstalling it permanently.

Hey KSLA. Please get your tech guy to work on the app. Ever since the update it keeps crashing. Could y'all also change up the ad that pops up every time I open it. "Make em pay" is getting old. I've been a strong follower for many years & have loved the app until now. Will use the app again if fixed. I do enjoy your station the best!
