More often than not, when I receive a breaking news alert, I click on the notification, the app opens, and an ad pops up, but the article doesn't open. It's just shows the '12 On Your Side' logo and nothing happens. This has happened for the last few years. Sometimes it works fine, other times, nothing.

I downloaded this app because I prefer and enjoy NBC 12 mornings, but lately the app only shows me We the people even though I am selecting the live broadcast. if the problem is not fixed, I will be uninstalling the app

downloaded the app to get news on a shooting nearby that happened 3 hours ago. nothing on the app. why bother having it? uninstalled
