Ratings and reviews

Love the information and alerts this app provides for all types of weather, but I'm not a huge fan of the update to the map. The option to edit your own map is a good idea but the way it works can be aggravating. In the old map you could select overlays and alerts and they'd be there when radar was paused. With the new map to get overlays you have to add them to and edited map and when you play the radar the overlays and alerts do not go away as they did before, and blocks the view of the radar.

Requires way too much personal information and abilities to mess with and destroy data. Why do you think you need those permissions to tell me the weather. You can "turn them off in settings" but they are nowhere to be found. The app just strips you of all control of your information. For the temperature? I don't think so. Plus you're are being dishonest in your representation of the app. Bye-bye now.

I love the WBRC First Alert Weather app. It is very easy to use, very fast, very accurate, and customizable. If you want to customize the app, there's probably 25 to 30 options to choose from. And you can have up to 4 quick access options on the main screen. And I mean quick; just click what you want to see and BAM, you're there. e.g., I have ¹precipitation radar, ²cloud cover, ³wind and ⁴temperature. And all of them are in real time. I've tried dozens of weather apps.. This one is the best.
