After how many weeks, got my first withdrawal. I just find it hard getting points in survey because it is always unavailable and I'm not qualified. There's a time that I have completed the survey and at the end, it says that I'm not qualified so it's really disappointing since I have been able to finish it and spent so many minutes completing it but the good side is, it has compensation. Though, I'm happy because it's legit, but I think it's time consuming with so much ads.

I’ve been using MatchMe for a while and everything was working fine, but recently I faced an issue with updating my payment. The app doesn’t allow me to submit the update, and the Submit button isn’t responding. I emailed support but haven’t received any reply yet. I really like the app, but this problem is preventing me from using it properly. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

I am not being able to withdraw. When I try to add payment details , it says Error !! We want the old payment system back.
