On 7th june, I made EMI payment to Instant cash loan a/c via this app. But to my surprise the payment was credited to my credit card and not to instant cash loan account due to a glitch in this stupid app. Under Insta cash loan account tab, I had clicked on total amount due option and then on make payment button, and made payment directly from rbl savings account. But the payment was redirected to credit card. Now the recovery agents are torturing me, despite making payment on time.

Since 2 to 3 months, I am not able to even open the app. Whenever I open the app, it shows "Hooking app detected". My phone is not rooted neither it doesn't have any suspicious application. Still it shows this issue. I am using other bank applications also and they work flawlessly and only the MoBank app shows this issue. I also contacted the customer care but unfortunately, they were not able to understand this issue and only suggested me to uninstall the specific app and use Mobank.

Good app. Very functional, all info easily accessible Design leaves a lot to be desired especially on first screen. Icici, Idfc, axis, First all of them have better flow Absolutely find password part annoying. App wants me to update my password pin every 3 months but I use finger to login. So it doesn't take that into account at all
