It is an enjoyable game. You can play it for free. However for free is more like the cripple ware of old. At any one time you can spend over $400 on the choices offered. I found it playable if I spent the $5.49 per week for the VIP upgrade. Plus, there are ads to watch. Go figure. They must be marketing to people with a lot more money than me! I awarded the three stars because the game is fun and a great time killer. The constant reminders that money will make it easier to play for is irrating.

It would be 5 stars, but I'm deleting the game. The ships refresh & have same cargo, as before refreshing them. It does this, mostly, during challenges, which makes it hard to do the quests for the challenges. I've refreshed several, consecutively, for a 1/2 hr.It does it, also, in Global City, which I started playing 1st. That shows me the devs do it on purpose to get ppl to spend irl money on the game. If you want to be rich, get a high paying job & stop fleecing players out of their money.

I love this game! I'm fascinated with the early 1900's time period, and I really like the Steampunk theme in this game. There are NO ads, except that you can voluntarily watch ads to get rewards. The interface is super easy and straight forward. The only suggestion I have is that it needs some more community buildings to feel like a functioning city - schools, fire dept, hospital, etc.
