The biggest problem for me is the loading time the app takes. Secondly is the user interface is very poorly structured. There is one specific service that i missed and ive been trying to track it and no luck. Lastly the fact that the app freezes all the time, so i would have to end it completely and try opening it again in that process i am missing on alot. Not too sure where the servers that the App is running on are located but please Crew counting on you guys to resolve the glitches. 😊

kuhle I truly love the app and it has been operating well for some months. but currently the app keeps saying forbidden Access everytime I try to login I missed izambulo zenkosi yamakhosi omoya for the whole December as I was not in South Africa to go attend ekhayeni. kindly assist in fixing the technical error for the app to work properly. My problem is the App being slow at times and last weeks Monday teaching could not be viewed due to error "video private" And lately I am experiencing problems with logging on as it keep throwing an error "something went wrong" I have uninstalled and re installed same error even did a password reset no luck.
