I was finally able to connect the app to my R17 scooter. I had to turn on the scooter, turn on location from inside the app, and then turn on bluetooth from inside the app. I can now control the headlight function and that's all i wanted. It said i had ridden 17 miles but i haven't so I'm unsure if the scooter was ridden before i bought it.

There are no instructions on how to get the Bluetooth to work on the R10x scooter. At this point I am sending it back. Cause the instructions that came with it also suck but the scooter does have the Bluetooth symbol on it. It should be this difficult. Do better.

Will not connect to scooter even when the phone can see the connection. Customer support was pointless they could not point you to the reset or connection feature of any of the devices listed.
