About this app

Our latest version includes several features for RealTime-eDOCS customers:

- The My Signatures page allows users to manage signature requests and sign records electronically. Users may sign records using username and password and/or fingerprint. Users receive notifications for new signature requests.

- The Studies page allows users to navigate electronic records within each electronic study regulatory binder. Study contacts can also be accessed on this page.

- CTMS-integrated customers have the option to display subject inclusion and exclusion criteria for a particular study while also having the ability to "Refer a Patient". Patient referrals drop directly into your study recruitment roster to begin the recruitment process.

- The Contacts page allows users to view Personal Contacts and Research Staff Contacts.

possibly the worst app I've used in a long time. buggy, doesn't understand when you've changed your password. asks for your password and then your fingerprint when signing. if I didn't have to use this app my life would be better.

The app no longer lets me sign in. I just changed my password. I have uninstalled and installed a few times and have updated my android phone. I've even restarted my phone a few times. Still, no luck. I never had any issues before I reset my password.

Sorry, my debit card continues to zero its self out without me adding any funds with a purchase.
