straightforward and easy to use. Wish they did glass and paper as part of free model too. Edit: for the 2nd time to collector didn't take all of the bags. First was because the booked number was wrong, 2nd because there was a rip. These are silly reasons to not take the recycling and annoying considering the wait times for pickup have increased.

How many months of collecting cans and bottles and you will just expire the points. Its not acceptable. Points should not have an expiration. We make an effort to collect those bottles and cans. Your app is forcing us to subscribe to premium so that we will pay a certain amount. We love to recycle, but your system is annoying... Will just throw away my recyclables. Effort is wasted. We do our part, but you dont do yours... JUST SAYING

The app is great, easy to use, and super convenient. The pickup schedule and process also work perfectly, I even started collecting plastic from office and friends to help the cause. However, the points collected are wasted reward, there is no a single store that I can redeem the points through, this will make me search for another channel to benefit from!
