About this app

Trade Receipts is a receipt tracker built for self-employed tradespeople. Receipts pile up in the van, in your pockets, on the dash. Come tax time it's chaos.

Snap a photo of any receipt and it's logged automatically: merchant, amount, date. Tag it to a job so you always know what a job really cost you in materials. When your accountant needs the numbers, export one clean CSV and you're done.

Built for self-employed tradespeople: carpenters, electricians, plumbers, builders, painters, plasterers, roofers, landscapers and every sole trader who buys materials and claims expenses.

WHY TRADES USE IT
- Scan receipts on site in seconds, no typing
- Tag every receipt to a job so you can see cost per job
- Export a clean CSV for your accountant or tax return
- Works offline, your receipts live on your phone, no account needed

KNOW WHAT EVERY JOB COSTS
Because every receipt is tagged to a job, you find out what a kitchen fit, a rewire or an extension actually cost you in materials. That is the difference between quoting from memory and quoting from real numbers.

PERFECT FOR TAX TIME
Materials, fuel, tools, parking: capture every expense as you go and hand your accountant a tidy spreadsheet instead of a shoebox of faded paper. Ideal for self-assessment, CIS and end-of-year returns.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No sign-up. No email. Your receipts stay on your device.

Scan. Tag. Export. Get back to work.
