~What is the IT Passport Exam?~

The IT Passport Exam is a national examination that certifies the fundamental IT knowledge that all working adults and students who will become working adults should possess.

Specifically, this exam tests comprehensive knowledge across a wide range of fields, including an overview of new technologies (AI, big data, IoT, etc.) and new methodologies (Agile, etc.), general business management knowledge (business strategy, marketing, finance, legal affairs, etc.), IT knowledge (security, networking, etc.), and project management knowledge.

It is said that the exam will equip candidates with the "IT skills" necessary to correctly understand IT and effectively utilize it in their work.

~IT Passport Exam Content~

The IT Passport Exam consists of the following subjects:

The exam time is 120 minutes, and the passing score is 60% or higher of the total maximum score. However, a score of 30% or higher is required in each subject.

There are no specific eligibility requirements; anyone can take the exam regardless of age or nationality.

The exam is conducted using a CBT (Computer-Based Testing) method, where answers are entered into a computer.
