~What is the IT Passport Exam?~

The IT Passport Exam is a national examination that certifies the fundamental IT knowledge that all working adults and students who will become working adults should possess.

Specifically, this exam tests comprehensive knowledge across a wide range of fields, including an overview of new technologies (AI, big data, IoT, etc.) and new methodologies (Agile, etc.), general business management knowledge (business strategy, marketing, finance, legal affairs, etc.), IT knowledge (security, networking, etc.), and project management knowledge.

It is said that the exam will equip candidates with the "IT skills" necessary to correctly understand IT and effectively utilize it in their work.

~IT Passport Exam Content~

The IT Passport Exam consists of the following subjects:

2. Management-related: 20 questions
3. Technology-related: 45 questions

The exam time is 120 minutes, and the passing score is 60% or higher of the total maximum score. However, a score of 30% or higher is required in each subject.

All questions are in a multiple-choice format, where you choose one answer from four options.

There are no specific eligibility requirements; anyone can take the exam regardless of age or nationality.

The exam is conducted using a CBT (Computer-Based Testing) method, where answers are entered into a computer.

The pass rate for the IT Passport Exam has been around 50% in recent years.

While this data might make the IT Passport Exam seem difficult, that's not the case.

The quickest way to pass the exam is to repeatedly solve past questions.

~App Schedule~

The learning flow of this app is as follows: In the first half, you will progress through Strategy, Management, and Technology in that order. In the second half, you will study each genre in parallel to solidify your knowledge.

Once you reach the second half of your studies, take mock tests as needed to assess your abilities. Aim for a score of 80% or higher. If you have any weak areas, use the genre-specific study methods to address them as needed.
