Compromised user safety and utility for marketing. I pay for the service for one reason immediate reliable access to my car's location. this morning when I opened the app it was completely blocked by mandatory marketing survey. no option to skip...doesn't go away if you restart. Plus the submit button was underneath the app's navigation bar! I'm a technology educator and this was confusing for me, for seniors in the tech challenged, this is unacceptable.

The app is buggy. It will crash. Then it will kick you out. Then it won't allow you 2 use autofill. Once you're in, it will allow 2 set up everything except assign a pic 2 your vehicle. No clue why - Permissions are good 🤷🏾‍♂️. Then the tracking feature. OMG it takes forever for an update when its been "alerted" when the vehicle has moved. This may not be an app problem, but it's something to be aware of. Most of the time it's wind related. If I could I would use a more reliable app.

This App and productt has got to be one of the worst on the market !!! There is no real-time tracking to follow the direction of the vehicle, instead the app updates every 3 minutes (even in recovery mode) This 3 minutes was enough time to allow the thief that stole my daughter's car to park a couple of minutes away and remove the device No thanks to this device the car was recovered partially stripped. This device was pre-installed where we purchased the vehicle from.
