From the moment a travel agent sends you a job, right through assigning a driver or tour guide, tracking the run, and getting paid, everything you need to move your fleet lives in a single app. Whether you run airport transfers, private charters, or guided tours, it keeps your jobs, drivers, and earnings organised and always within reach.
Work arrives on a clear inbound board. Job offers from travel agents land in the app, where you review guest details, pick-up times, and pricing before accepting or declining. Today's schedule shows every active job at a glance, a day-by-day calendar covers the rest of your week, and you can export a full trip log to Excel over any date range.
Dispatch takes seconds. Multi-select transfers and assign them to a driver or tour guide in one action, reassign when plans change, adjust pick-up times with a reason attached, and let the app pre-check clashes before a driver is double-booked. An outbound board tracks every job you have handed out, split into pending, accepted, and cancelled. A live map shows your active drivers, their last known locations, and the transfer each one is on, searchable by driver, vehicle, or status, plus in-app Google Maps navigation.
