Your day starts on a clear, at-a-glance schedule showing every job for today with pick-up times, guest counts, and live status. Browse your full calendar day by day, review a complete trip log, multi-select transfers to reassign them or adjust pick-up times in seconds, and export your trip log to Excel over any date range. When new work comes in, contractor job offers arrive directly in the app, where you can accept or decline before anything is committed to your schedule, and a dedicated priority board lets you claim urgent and reallocated jobs with instant indicators when a listing has already been taken. You can also publish your own priority listings, complete with a stop-by-stop itinerary, and manage them end to end.

Know what every job pays before you say yes. The rates screen collects the compensation offers your contractor sends you, from base salary and per-trip pay to CPF contribution type, so you can expand the details, compare active, pending, and expired offers side by side, search by transfer type, and accept or reject each one on the spot.

On the ground, pick-ups are quick and dependable. Scan a guest's QR code or confirm attendance manually, capture a pick-up photo for proof and records, and report no-shows without leaving the app. In-app Google Maps navigation guides you to every pick-up and drop-off point with clear route lines, and you can launch your preferred external map app with a single tap.

When a job is done, the app helps you get paid and track your earnings. Generate billing reports for completed transfers, with standard and priority jobs tracked separately, preview itemised invoices before they go out, and enrol in PayNow through a simple consent step so your personal PayNow QR appears on your billings for fast, direct payment.

Staying connected is effortless. Real-time in-app chat lets you message contractors, travel agents, fleet members, and guests, with an offline message queue, unread tracking, message search, and new-contact search, and you can start a voice or video call in the same conversation. A rich notification inbox deep-links each alert straight to the job that needs your attention. Your schedule, billings, and messages are stored on the device and kept current in the background, with a data-sync screen that shows progress and lets you resync or clear the cache. For teams, fleet guides are automatically covered by their fleet's subscription.

Getting started is simple thanks to step-by-step guided tutorials for the rate, pick-up, and destination workflows, which you can replay anytime from your profile, plus an in-app FAQ. Sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email with OTP verification, and complete onboarding by adding your tour guide badge number, licence expiry date, and supporting documents. List the languages you speak so contractors can match you to the right guests. You stay in control with an optional biometric app lock, light, dark, and system themes, an adjustable font-size scale, full account management for your name, username, email, phone, password, and blocked users, and the ability to report or block users to keep every interaction safe.
