I was forced to download this app that I don't want just to order food at the airport. I guess you have to give up personal info just to get a drink. total ripoff

This app doesn't work, I want to click and collect my goods but it won't let you put the destination country in so won't let you any further on. Will have to go onto Newcastle Duty Free direct and order from there. This app used to work, what went wrong

I have used it several times during my visits in London in LHR airport, the 5% discount can be used for real. However, the problem is the points haven't raised up at all since (as they said) 7 days after purchasing date or months later whatsoever. I tried many times to contact Dufry team by email, I haven't heard of them at all! so basically no chance to upgrade the tiers.
