App is advertised at airport restaurants using HMS Host for table contactless ordering & billing but there appears to be no integration between HMS Host and Club Avolta(CA). The CA app and sign-up give you a member ID and QR code which presumably you can use at some restraunts for an automatic discount, but not being able to sign-in to CA from HMS Host means you will be unable to use the promised discount. This makes it unusable for the servers and frustrating for the customers.

I have used it several times during my visits in London in LHR airport, the 5% discount can be used for real. However, the problem is the points haven't raised up at all since (as they said) 7 days after purchasing date or months later whatsoever. I tried many times to contact Dufry team by email, I haven't heard of them at all! so basically no chance to upgrade the tiers.

The app works fine, and it is good to have discount at checkout at certain airports. However, the points based on purchase are not reflected even a month after the purchase - which means there is no way to progress on the tiers, and get higher discounts. This needs to be properly supported. Update : Received a response from Dufry, mentioning you can claim missing points online. However, this does not work as I can get up to the submission form, but the submission page is passive.
