This app doesn't work, I want to click and collect my goods but it won't let you put the destination country in so won't let you any further on. Will have to go onto Newcastle Duty Free direct and order from there. This app used to work, what went wrong

I had over 900+ points collected. Was using the app in Toronto Pearson and made a purchase at the POS. The balance currently shows a balance of ZERO (0)! No ability to contact Customer Service to get back my earned points! 😡😡😡

*sigh*...... So much promise, so little delivery. Even the staff at the airport in the DF store admit that the app is awful. To shop you need to exit the app and go to the website. Come on Avolta, lift your game.
