The Red Carpet Rewards mobile application allows customers to enroll and participate in the Red Carpet Rewards loyalty club. Red Carpet Rewards is a loyalty club intended for customers of specific VGT (video gaming terminal) locations in Illinois. With location services turned on, members carrying their devices into participating locations can auto check-in and check-out of locations. Customers can participate in certain virtual drawings and other promotions that may be available to them. Red Carpet Rewards is operated by Prairie State Gaming, a Video Gaming Terminal Operator that operates in the state of Illinois. Prairie State Gaming is a Penn National Gaming company.

Ratings and reviews

Some locations it never works at all, at others, you have to reboot your phone to get it to log in. Sometimes, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then there's times it won't log in period, even if there is someone sitting directly next to you that is logged in. Either the App is in need of severe assistance, or the on-site blue tooth devices need a major overhaul.

App shuts as soon as you open unstall n stall still problems how unfare to participate in rewards if app doesn't work Not easy to use when it keeps closing email problems nope can't do that. Please fix issue or drawing for prizes should be discontinued to all if not able to check in on app.

Dang thing keeps checking me out. I am just sitting there after whatever 45 minutes and I have to reboot to get it to connect again. Buddies ios phone reconnects by itself. Very annoying. Samsung galaxy S9+
