pro: The company provides great at home, and at lab services, with add-ons like AI reports, and Doctor calls cons: they will call you, and keep on calling you, I cant even check my report without their call, It has become extremely annoying. I am not sure how well my data is protected or kept private, as I even recieved a call where I was told to do another test as XYZ markers were on higher side last time. Now I understand them reminding, however medical history should not be visible to anyone
