6 months smoke free after 29 years, and ultimately this app was the final thing that REALLY helped me quit. All the tips and help, even just the free version, were what I needed to go cold turkey and just do it! You can reset if you have to change your quit date and the app helps you accept this, it's supportive, and helps you persevere. If you're ready or mentally preparing, get this app and pick a quit date, YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

This app is great for helping in not smoking. I gave it 4 out of 5 because I felt it stopped communicating with me too early. The option to continue with daily notifications and help would be great. I can't remember exactly when it stopped communicating - maybe 6-8 weeks into my quit. Overall, this app has been very helpful, and I recommend it.

Very helpful. I had tried many times to quit. I noticed I was more successful when I had an accountability buddy. But human buddies would start smoking again and make it hard for me to stay quit. Smoke free was useful as a risk free accountability buddy and beyond. After the immediate need to smoke faded the app is still there to go back to when I'm having trouble. It has helped me to see how long it's been since I quit and to track the progress on the health milestones and other stats.
