My business needed an app like this and I installed it, but your app is not complete and some features dysfunctional! It has everything I need in an app, but It's a dangerous app because one will loose money if the developers are sitting on their hands! I sent you a WhatsApp and only received a promise to fix certain critical issues, but I don't think that will happen soon! Those praising and complimenting the app are obviously as dysfunctional as the app! It's not working, how can it be praised

It's been good so far until when I recharged Airtel #200 twice on different occasions but the airtime purchase was not successful and my wallet was debited with no transaction history making #400 in total and I'm not seeing any option as to where I can tender my complain and retrieve my money. No customer service to help solve issues when needed. If you people reverse those transactions and refund my money,will come back and give the 5stars then but as it is now,I rest my case.

Very very poor app, disconnects from server at interval all their modules not working in fact they need another fintech person, their app does not have direction, from market to airtime to pay money to wallet. I downloaded it because of their use of local content marketing advart for the online marketing but the app was a failure
