Full of glitches. I downloaded it but have not been able to use it-it gets stuck or options are disabled even when trying to create a non-US account. Review update: I was advised to delete my account and create a new one with the information from my native country and now it shows error. I's been days trying to create an account! Very frustrating. Support is excellent but, unfortunately, issues persist.

I have made several money transfers from Chile to Europe with this app. I have only words of praise -- the app is simple and easy to use, and offers a perfect exchange rate with a good commission (depending on the amount transferred, it can be even lower than 2% !!!!!). I recommend it with the utmost confidence.

I've been using this app for 3 years and I never had any problems. However, a few days ago I couldn't receive a money transfer. The money didn't show up in my account even though I received notifications about the transfer. Customer service response time was also slow. The only solution was to switch to another bank account to receive the money.
