Hints in Sudoku apps usually just fill in the blanks with numbers and that's it. You learn nothing from using those hints once, and you have to press them again every time you get stuck. Sudoku Master's hints are divided into three stages.
Stage 1: It only tells you where to look. If you find the solution yourself at this stage, it does not count as using a hint.
Stage 2: It explains the technique, along with a small grid diagram.
Stage 3: It explains what the answer is.
■ 21 Techniques in Korean
From the Fixed Single to X-Wing, Swordfish, XY-Wing, Unique Square, Coloring (Chain), and even the Killer's 45 Rule.
You can read through the techniques in the dictionary beforehand, or you can download a separate practice board featuring just one technique.
The example boards in the dictionary are not handwritten; they are taken directly from the actual boards where the techniques were used.

It distinguishes between "2 goes in" and "3 goes in." The entire explanation is aligned down to the particles, and
it is locked with a check.

Difficulty is rated not by the number of empty spaces, but by "which technique is required to solve it to the end."
Therefore, difficult boards appear even with few empty spaces — those are the actual difficult boards.
