Their service is usually good. However, there was once right after an update that I cannot connect to their server smoothly anymore. It was ridiculously slow on all my devices. I live in the US and use their US server. Both my home and office WIFI are unchanged and connect fast with all other websites. When that happened, the customer service was ridiculously unhelpful and blame it on my network service. After a few days, it was fixed. I'm pretty sure they figured it out eventually.

Been using this app for more than 6 months and never faiLs me on my 24/7 grinding. Support app tends action to your need in their best services. Worth every penny to pay for.

I can't sign in the app.. It says that "The registration of the same IP address exceed the limit, please..." But no one in my family nor my families friends has that app or even signed in.. This is really weird, Please fix this! (PS; No hacker can use our WiFi again since we changed the password like 11 months ago, And i don't think the hackers used this app because they would instantly get connection and full speed connection, Right??..)
