Very poor and disappointing customer support. My email account not open password which I used, and I am unable to access it. I contacted customer support several times and even provided all the required details to verify my identity, but they still refuse to update or reset password. I have been using Rediff for ages, Kindly note whenever I am opening my email app , it's asking for UPI registration. Kindly disable this request as it's irritating. It triggers me to move to other app. also mail loading is very slow. look at other apps, the moment you open you can access your mails but in case of Rediff it takes some amount of time to load the recent mails. also it should be made to open with least speed of internet instead it needs very strong speed.pls do the needfu

The support is unresponsive. I emailed the support team regarding the error cause of which I can't create an email.They asked me to share an image or screen recording of the error.Even after providing it to them they are not responding.
