Ratings and reviews

With the recent 'minor bug fix' update on android, it seems like y'all have introduced tons of bugs instead. After I try and open a mail (many attempts after getting a notif stating 'no internet connection' despite me having full internet with 500mbps speed); when I press 'back', the app simply closes or crashes. Similar thing happens when a mail is deleted. I can see many other users have been reporting similar issues. Rediff team, please wake up and fix this ASAP. Thank you 🙏

Very poor and disappointing customer support. My email account not open password which I used, and I am unable to access it. I contacted customer support several times and even provided all the required details to verify my identity, but they still refuse to update or reset password. Instead of helping, they are just wasting my time without providing any real solution. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. I expected better support for such a simple

Cannot delete the emails. Whenever delete is pressed it shows deleting & nothing happens. Worst ever app i have seen. They have common answer to everybody mail us ur problem & your contact details. Why can't they themselves check the problem. So many same type of complains. They just don't want to improve. Edited on 27/06/2026. I have created some rules on my web Rediffmail to move some mails to trash. I can see my mails moved to trash on webmail. But still app shows in my inbox.
