I have been a Rediffmail user from the beginning but I have never faced the problems and glitch in the app compared with nowadays. If you don't know how to update the system and app then you don't need to do it.Your experiments on apps makes me seek and I am getting a lot of glitch in application.for example, There are 2021 drafted mail want delete from draft. Trans bins are never empty after clearing all mail.They are always there. sorry to say that but you have a very disappointing tech team.

I am not being able to open my email after updating app. please do something to make it working. also this app is taking lot of time to open. but clicking on mail don't open mail. instead error message appears that "email error can't retrieve mail try again.* please do something. inform technical team.

I’m frustrated with the recurring issues I've encountered. After previously reporting, I still can't attach files, and the same problem has arisen again. Additionally, despite having a newborn and reporting numerous spam emails, I continue to receive them in my inbox. This indicates that Rediff is unable to filter spam effectively. I want to avoid using Gmail, but unfortunately, I'm stuck with Rediff Mail. 😡
