Ratings and reviews

This app has critical bugs. It does not support email attachments conversation, and even after sending an email, it sometimes disappears—neither delivered nor visible in the Outbox. This has caused serious professional issues for me, as urgent emails are getting lost without any trace. Please fix these bugs on priority, as the app is currently unreliable for business use.

I would like to bring to your attention two critical issues currently faced on Rediffmail Professional: The Rediffmail Professional mobile app does not allow adding or managing multiple accounts. Emails sent through the app do not appear in the web interface, causing serious tracking and synchronization problems. Both issues affect daily usage and impact the workflow of users who rely on your services for business communication. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

very burst service every time need to set password. Even now days it's not operational since long. While trying to login. it's asking again and again to download application from Play Store. Whereas it's already installed and login attempt from that downloaded application only.
