Do not take their subscription under any circumstances. This is a completely fraudulent company. After taking money for renewal, they randomly decided not to renew my plan and I was left without any cover. Moreover, its been 2 months and they have not even refunded my money. Their cashless OPD feature doesnt work any where. They will reject your bills without any reason. Kenko is worse than any traditional insurance company. Stay away from such fraudulent companies.

Hats off to their customer service, it's been 20 days since I paid for the policy and still without the policy now. Neither they are refunding the amount which I have paid nor the service. So they are completely fraudsters who are playing with everyone and the best things is they are not even rplying Or answering the calls or emails. Finally got a help from some lawyers so that we can take this case further.

They are the worst service providers having a incompetent team. I have submitted for reimbursement in Dec'23. It took them 3 months to settle them the it and that too they made a mistake. When I queried them about it, they gave me a absurd reply. I have has explain them their own policy and calculations n ask to reimburse remaining amount. Now its been another 2 months they still not able to clear the pending reimbursement. Now not even getting any reply over mail n call centre is always on hold
