Proud of OMU As a customer, I am incredibly pleased with OMU's innovation. This app is more than a copy of their web portal, it includes secure bill pay options and all the features their site has plus helpful reference information. Something great to add would be a section for reporting Street lights in need of either new ID tags, new bulbs, or pole replacement could be submitted. The app now functions smoothly on my Nexus 5 and 7, and looks rather polished and intuitive. Only qualm is the lack of auto pay!!!
Ok at best. MUCH better than before, which was non-existant, but still pretty weak as apps go. As said in other review, basically a portal to Web page (which is mediocre at best in my opinion ). I an on an old s4, but still can't get payments to process. I have to load the Web page and go thru that. I Uninstaller it.
Not bad for first app App seems cluttered and basically a portal to the website. Make it feel more like an Android app and it'll only get better from there. Not bad for a first time. *In response to another review* it's mentioned this app is "more than a copy of their web portal" yet still mentions how it has all the features of the website. Um as I said in my review, that's because this app it's basically a browser to the website. Does the app get the job done? Sure and it's not bad for a first app but it's clunky.
Great app Make's bill pay alot easier, easy to use
Will not install Have tried to install this app on a Samsung Galaxy S7 and will not install. I have no issues with my phone etc. The last time this app was updated per Google Play is Feb 19th 2016. I'm assuming that's because this device isn't supported because it came out it launched in March 16'. If that's the case, there needs to be consistent updates to work with IOS and Android devices etc. It's almost 2017, get it together OMU and keep up with the times.
