drug discovery platform for scientists, researchers, students,
and biotechnology professionals. AURA synthesizes data across 8+
global biomedical databases to deliver target intelligence, 3D
structural visualization, clinical safety analytics, and
pharmacological profiling.

• Target Score & Intelligence Brief: Evaluates target
feasibility with an automated 0–100 score synthesizing
bioactivity, GTEx tissue expression specificity, FDA safety logs,
and clinical trial progression likelihood.
• ADMET & Lipinski Drug-Likeness Spider Chart: Analyzes
absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity
profiles. Compares molecular weight, LogP lipophilicity, H-bond
donors/acceptors, and polar surface area against Lipinski
boundaries.
• 3D Protein Conformer Visualizer & Dual Overlay: Renders
interactive 3D cartoon representations powered by 3Dmol.js.
Overlays predicted AlphaFold structures against RCSB PDB crystal
conformers to analyze structural alignment.
• FDA Safety & Adverse Event Analytics: Accesses OpenFDA safety
logs, patient reaction statistics, hospitalization ratios, fatal
outcome frequencies, and demographic gender breakdowns. Exports
reaction data to CSV.
• Clinical Trials Intelligence & Outcome Tracking: Tracks study
progress, phase II/III distributions, sponsor portfolios, and
historical success rates via the ClinicalTrials.gov API.
• Sequence Homology & BLAST Explorer: Searches amino acid
sequences or UniProt accession IDs to scan sequence alignment
identity and identify homologous protein targets.
• Genomics & Tissue Expression Profiling: Displays Ensembl
genomic loci, splice transcript isoforms, gnomAD constraint
scores (pLI / LOEUF), and GTEx median tissue expression levels
across human tissues.
• Comparative Matrix & Heatmap Drawer: Compares multiple target
leads side-by-side in a color-coded metric heatmap.
