1 weird app that shows apps running that haven't been started or opened & even after it shows it's killing all apps, open this app after a while and it again shows the similar opened apps. more like its a gimmicky app that never really closes apps

please fix this app, sometimes i would love to kill all background apps but the app won't work cause the phone is hot ,so what is the essence of the app while it can't kill apps while the phone is overheating
