With the "Device Care" app, anyone can easily keep their smartphone in good condition. Ratings and reviews

After the last update nothing but problems and I see that everyone else says the same thing. So here's what I did, go to Google Play and select uninstall! It uninstalls ALL updates of the app. This brings back the 🙂 and shows the GBs of storage and memory. I did have to change the settings to auto-restart when scheduled, just FYI. Not sure if that solves my issues, I will give it a few days and see. 🤷‍♀️

So... this app has a permission where it can automatically install apps. I am unable to turn it off and there is a warning below it that says "installing apps from this source may be harmful." Whatever is going on with Samsung is not okay. Apps are being installed without our knowledge that have permission to install more apps. If you haven't been going through your apps and checking permissions regularly, now is the time to do so.

Everything was fine up until this past May. Suddenly one of my tools is being put into deep sleep every few hours. I have it set to unrestricted, to not remove permissions, and never sleep, but device care is ignoring all of those. This app is not using much battery at all, and the reason listed says "for sending too many notifications", but it sends none at all. I've done every bit of troubleshooting on it to no avail. Honestly it's infuriating.
