Ratings and reviews

Chat service is really bad. Not at all helpful. Busy most of the time. And once you close the app, the previous chat gets lost and you have to start all over again. Unable to solve problems and users are expected to give service fee every time there is a disruption in their service due to weather issues.

Chat option is of no use! Completely waste of time. If you recharge through app, the connection doesn't automatically turned on. You have to call their idle customer service and wasting more money to activate the connection. Then again sometimes you see your connection is automatically deactivated though you have enough balance in your account!

Service is very frustrating. Transition is very very slow. Doesn't find it that much helpful. The developer should concentrate on the performance. No one will wait about 20/30 seconds for each transition.
