The akash is really bad right now, I won’t recommend it to anyone for because currently popular channels like Disney, Nick, Sonic etc. are not available there. Before it used to be really good because back then you could get all the channels starting from Disney, Nick, Sonic etc."

Chat option is of no use! Completely waste of time. If you recharge through app, the connection doesn't automatically turned on. You have to call their idle customer service and wasting more money to activate the connection. Then again sometimes you see your connection is automatically deactivated though you have enough balance in your account!

The worst customer service I have ever got. I have recharged 400 BDT today and it's not showing in my account yet. Also I couldn’t start my service. Trying to login to the app, its always showing time out. Tried call their helpline 100 times and couldn’t make a successful connection. I am so disappointed. I want my money back.
