Q: Can I have more than one license plate linked to my account? A: You can add up to four license plates to your account, and you can change these at any time.

Q: How do I get a parking receipt? A: Yes! You can view your purchase history in the “My Account” section.

Q: What if I change my phone? A: If you transfer your current phone number to a new device, simply download the REEF Mobile parking app on your new device and log in.

Frustrating app. You end up paying more than necessary when parking. App states day rate is per hour when it isn't. Trying to fix an error in paying for a session is taking me multiple times emailing customer service. Park Again function doesn't work but woukd be very convenient. Notification option doesn't work but couid be very useful. If airport offered a different option. I'd use it.

Worked (with difficulty and several reloads) exactly once, to park the car. Reopened app to add time; upon touching "add time" it froze and then logged me out. Have since been completely unable to log in using my *already active* account. Called support, who told me to uninstall and reinstall; did so three times, no success. Throws an error using my phone and email. I don't have another phone, so completely unable to manage parking now. Have to find a new garage; no way to do anything in app.

It's convenient, when it works. Half the time it logs me out and doesn't give an option to sign *in*, just sign up. And then it says I can't park until I update my information, but then it lets me park. And then I try to see previous parking sessions and it's a toss up whether or not the app will bug out and show nothing or whether it will actually show me the records.
