I don't write reviews usually but I have to say this is absolute insanity. Map doesn't load, cards are not accepted and always fail, search for lots doesn't work. No integration with Google pay for easy paying, and, the website itself doesn't work for parking. This is just a pre-alpha shell of an app. The worse part is if you're in a hurry, you'll be left without an option and will have to use the parking machines or get a fun ticket.

Awful interface. Entering the lot number or the lot address usually fails. Using the map to try to identify whether you are in the correct lot is hopeless. if you give up and scan the QR code there is no way to log in to your account so you have to enter email and credit card details. If they can't fix the search function they should at least make it possible to scan the code from the app. Hangtag is the worst of the parking apps

The app is not great, and is not connected with their web-based (QR) system. The QR code payment method failed me because the lot hours were incorrect and ended at midnight, so I had to download the app to pay through the night. My card was charged and app showed me good through 10am, but still got a ticket in the morning for $90 for failure to pay at 3am. Additional issue is that the signage in the lots has a lot#, but the app only has names so you can't search easily.
