It works fine for about 10 minutes until it starts giving me a "Bad Request" and says "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." My manager never heard of that happening so there's nothing they can do. I can't view anything because of this. I don't know who to report it to. This app is terrible.

For the most part, it works great. sometimes thinks you're not in store when you are, so it obviously has internet issues at times. the most recent update screwed up the 'short cut' section. I have certain ones selected & it shows them after you select them, but as soon as you get out of the app and go back in, it chooses which ones (even ones not selected) to show. It's so frustrating, pls fix this as well as the internet issues and it'd be perfect

The thing Zebra could improve is for it to automatically log us back in. At least with my employer, my credentials stay active for several months. To log back in I click one button and don't even select an identity. After about an hour of inactivity, it silently logs us out and we can still see things and interact with the app. I can go through the login/logout procedure and it doesn't say the session is expired until we attempt to submit, which means missed or late punches.
