Calendar sync is insanely questionable. Doesn't appear to be any way to edit the alerts it sets up. You get an automatic email 10 minutes before your shift. Why would that benefit anyone? Was this originally designed for Work-From-Home folks? The phone alert is locked at 30 minutes before your shift. This is retail-hell, we don't have set shifts, sometimes we forget or mix up our days. Having an hour or so heads-up is preferred. On the previous app I always had mine set up for 90 minutes before

it quite literally let you log in and then immediately boots you back out. this is probably the worst app I have ever had to see a work schedule and the bar is pretty low. you get your authentication ID to log in and then as soon as you log in you are kicked right back out like I'm not sure how you guys haven't fixed this issue or addressed it but it's pretty bad.

walgreens switched to this app for scheduling from reflexis. at first, no issues. Recently, many issues. I've been hit with several errors while trying to login: -Infinite circle with "loading user data" - "Unable to log in" message after "user authenticated successfully" message which prevents login that's as much detail as I can give. now fix your app bruh 😂 edit- 4 days later and no change. still can't login. edit 2y: the app works now. thanks gang! I preciate y'all 😎 changed to a 4 star
