Ratings and reviews

Basically useless if you're trying to use any calendar except your phone's default one. ESS 41, an older version of this app, let you select which calendar to sync to in 2 clicks. This one does not. So if you use Google Calendar to keep multiple people aware of your schedule, or access your planner from your computer, you're just out of luck. Edit: I tried to submit this review through the feedback section of the app, but was blocked since I need a Microsoft email that I was never provided.

Lack of dependability and poor performance are unacceptable, especially for an app being used by a large organization. I’m not surprised it was released and staff were required to use it without adequate testing. I’m unable to log in; it just spins. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with no change. When it does work, the navigation is not seamless and can be frustrating. Overall, the app needs significant improvement.

Horrible experience. I can't log in because every time I try to, it gets stuck on a "loading user data" screen, but it never loads. I basically have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to look at my schedule, which is a huge hassle and would be better resolved by just taking a picture of my schedule. People rely on this app to know their work schedule, so you'd think this developer would make the app runs smoothly so people don't get inconvenienced/get in trouble. Zero stars.
