I subscribed for the one-week free trial but was then unable to find a way of unsubscribing. I emailed customer support on day three of the trial stating that I wanted to unsubscribe. I have had a back and forth of unhelpful emails since, not one of them actually guiding me through the cancellation process. Today, the email states that I have not cancelled my subscription within the one-week trial and therefore will be charged.

Do not download. They make you enter your card details, tell you to cancel in the app which I did and they took the $60 anyway even though I have proof they said that wouldn't happen. now saying they don't do refunds. just use somebody else, the app is glitchy anyway.

This app has never worked correctly--despite deleting and reloading multiple times--and I canceled my subscription but am still being charged, so I've had to file a dispute with my bank.
