I subscribed for the one-week free trial but was then unable to find a way of unsubscribing. I emailed customer support on day three of the trial stating that I wanted to unsubscribe. I have had a back and forth of unhelpful emails since, not one of them actually guiding me through the cancellation process. Today, the email states that I have not cancelled my subscription within the one-week trial and therefore will be charged.

This app WAS fantastic. I was using it daily and even decided to start paying a monthly subscription for it. Then it stopped working. Everytime I press play on a workout video, the app closes. I've tried everything the internet suggests to fix it, and nothing has worked. Very disappointing. EDIT There was an issue with the plan i was attempting to use. I moved to another plan and the app hasn't let me down since. I wouldn't be without it 🥰

Do not download. They make you enter your card details, tell you to cancel in the app which I did and they took the $60 anyway even though I have proof they said that wouldn't happen. now saying they don't do refunds. just use somebody else, the app is glitchy anyway.
