My previous experience was good, but the recent experience of selling my mobile has been pathetic. The pick-up agent doesn't turn up, and then cashify cancels the order from their end. Worse still, it shows that I have cancelled the order. There is no way to talk to customer support either. You just keep waiting for your phone to be picked up. Unfortunately, this has been happening repeatedly now. The once good service has now become completely horrible.

Have sold a couple of phones, and the experience was ok. However, my latest experience of selling a phone was horrendous. The agent had no regard for the client's time or his schedule on when he could arrive, and then ended up cancelling without informing. The worst part is that I got an email saying that I cancelled the order, which is disappointing. Didn't expect this kind of service from cashify.

Scheduled a pickup for my old phone. But the problem is with the pick up. It is very unprofessional. The pick up agent would call and ask for the location, with no plans to reach. They'll cut the call midway and 2 days later the pick up is cancelled. Also, there is no way to know if the technician would come or not. Just wait, wait and wait. Even their is no way to talk with the customer support. Very bad experience.
