Horrible experience by cashify. The guys didn't turn up at the right time, and kept harassing afterwards about when they would come. Then they tried their best to downplay the condition of the phone and were least interested in offering a fair price. Avoid at all costs. Its less troublesome to sell it to a nearby dealer for a little bit less money.

very bad customer support. it's not easy to sell your phone here as no one is there to help you. there is no call number, only what's app and quick chat with AI bots. I have been waiting for my pickup for ages now. no way to contact agent (number shared doesn't work). it's frustrating only. also why is the agent asking for adhaar etc personally? shouldn't that be uploaded in your app?

third rate service overall. first they finalize the price and send you the money. then make up some excuses and ask for the money back. then they lower the price even further. what was supposed to be a 16k transaction ended up being a 5k transaction wasting 30 mins of my time. There are other players who offer better service and price for used phones.
