Horrible experience by cashify. The guys didn't turn up at the right time, and kept harassing afterwards about when they would come. Then they tried their best to downplay the condition of the phone and were least interested in offering a fair price. Avoid at all costs. Its less troublesome to sell it to a nearby dealer for a little bit less money.

I used this service 2 years back. Was good. Now they have turned pathetic. The so called technician inspected my phone for a full 20 minutes. The way he was behaving it was clear he will want to pay me less. Knowing well most customers will accept. I told him to leave and that's that. Will try again in a couple of years and then will see. For now i can see they list their integrity.

I had recently ordered to sell my mobile. It always shows as pick up requested and then no one comes to pick up. Whatsapp support always says that the issue is escalated to the concern team. And concern team cancels the order from their end and asks to place a new order. Did the same and again no one came to pick up. There is no way to talk to customer support. Unfortunately, this has been happening repeatedly now. The service has now become horrible. (Order number MPMBB10738100, MPMWE10650310)
