Still pretty clunky, loses connection a lot right in the middle of booking. What about adding bulk reservations? If I want to book a space several days in a row, or pick dates on the calendar then book all at once, can't do it with the app. Have to book one at a time! Also, it would be great if it would tell me how many many days I have left in the month to book an office.

Horrible, stay away from these guys. Their app does not work. Their website does not work. They are terrible to deal with: you call them to solve a problem and they say "do it on our app" (which doesn't work). You call them to close the account they say "you have to do that on our website" (which doesn't work). Unbelievable how bad this company is. Wow.

Very frustrating process to the point where I want to call it quits. Charging me late fee for their broken system and asked me to write a letter or email to explain. I still didn't receive a refund. Also, everytime I provided a new credit card, they are still using the old , when it gets rejected, they charged me a late fee. Most times when I call to speak to a representative, no one picks up the call. I've been going through this for over 3 yrs and I'm tired of it.
